General Policy

All rooms are non-smoking. Late check-in available by contacting owners in advance.

Written Cancellation Policy

Lodging reservations are date specific. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested by phone 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.

Written Deposit Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Check In

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM Check-in is at 2920 w. hwy 61, grand marais mn 55604. Pull up to the front and check in at the main office. If after hours, there will be instructions on how to receive the keys at the main office. The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.

Check-Out is 10:00 AM

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

All lodging reservations at Thomsonite Inn are subject to an additional Resort Service Charge (5%). All lodging reservations are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (8.794%) and Cook County Sales Tax (4%). Applicable taxes and fees are not included in the room rates.
