General Policy
Our nightly base rate is based on double occupancy. Each additional person age 13+ is charged at $10/night. All of our accommodations are smoke-free. A $250 fee will be charged to any unit that has been smoked in.
Written Cancellation Policy
Lodging reservations are date specific. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested by phone 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
