General Policy

Smoking is not permitted at this hotel.

Written Cancellation Policy

Lodging reservations are date specific. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested by phone 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.

Written Deposit Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Check In

Check-In Begins at 4:00 PM The minimum age to check-in is 21 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.

Check Out

Check-Out is 12:00 PM

Pets Policy

Max 2 Pets are allowed in designated room types at a non-refundable charge of 25 USD plus tax per night. Pets must be registered at check-in. Unregistered pets are subject to a fee of 50 USD plus tax per night. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at this hotel.

Other Policy

All lodging reservations at the AmericInn Tofte are subject to an additional Regional Tax/Fee (4%) at the time of purchase. All lodging reservations are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%) and Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%). Applicable taxes and fees are not included in the room rates.
