General Policy
All units are non-smoking as is the area on the lakeside of units.
Written Cancellation Policy
Lodging reservations are date specific. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested by phone 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
Written Deposit Policy
All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Check-In Begins at 4:00 PM Check-In Location: Please check in at Bluefin Bay Guest Services located right off Highway 61 in the town of Tofte The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.

Check-Out is 11:00 AM
Pets Policy
Bluefin Bay offers a variety of pet-friendly units. In addition to the regular room rates, guests with pets will be charged an additional $39 per day for a maximum of $156 per stay. Pets must be kenneled and quiet when left unattended. A maximum of 2 pets per unit is allowed. Call to inquire on availability.
Other Policy
All lodging reservations at Bluefin Resort are subject to an additional Resort Service Charge (9.25%) All lodging reservations are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (9.15%) and Cook County Sales Tax (4%). Applicable taxes and fees are not included in the room rates.
