Written Cancellation Policy

Lodging reservations are date specific. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested by phone 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.

Written Deposit Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation. 

Check In

Check-In Begins at 4:00 PM The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.

Check Out

Check-Out is 11:00 AM

Pets Policy

There are a number of designated dog-friendly units on-site, so we encourage you to review our pet policy before booking your stay.

Other Policy

All lodging reservations at Lutsen Sea Villas are subject to an additional Resort Service Charge (8%) and a Regional Tax/Fee (4%) at the time of purchase. All lodging reservations are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%) and Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%). Applicable taxes and fees are not included in the room rates.
